@golgaloth A biblically accurate unicorn would be one of the unicorns mentioned in the Old Testament, e.g., Job 39:9: "Will the unicorn be willing to serve thee, or abide by thy crib?" I read somewhere as a kid that this is a literal translation of a word meaning "one-horn" and may refer to a breed of cattle drawn in portrait so that only one horn was visible. (I suspect that the actual etymology is lost in the mists of time and might never be known for sure.)
