Was gifted an old Lenovo Yoga with Windows 8.1 on it. I have enough Linux machines already; can I do anything interesting with this one?

Woke up to sub-70° air outside and I instantly feel better, like I can relax and finally breathe again. Endless summers have done nothing good for my mind. For some reason I crave a long winter, gray skies and cold.

I'm thinking of moving our documentation to a more purpose-built platform / site generator, instead of the custom one we have now on writefreely.org/docs.

Ideally, we'd switch to a tool that supports Markdown (current docs: github.com/writefreely/documen), and allows people to search.

Any recommendations?

Is it just me or is the Internet unbearably... the same?

Articles, images, content in general seems like they're all specifically catered toward algorithms and not people. And so more of the same content feels generated because clicks rule the world

Algorithms all the way down
