Here's the vlog I didn't get a chance to post last night. Turns out that getting a cold when you have no energy in reserve really sucks.

I now have a list of ideas that could be good once I write them, but I'm not enthusiastic about them any more. Maybe I need to just sit down and work through them mechanically, then add the magic in the edits.
I've started writing down story ideas as soon as I have them lest I forget what they are (it's happened a few times). Unfortunately this means they don't percolate in my mind for very long, and they don't develop before the initial seed.

I'm feeling super-crap right now, and I thought my cold had got a lot worse. It's actually because I haven't had any coca-cola today. Usually would have had 500ml by now.
I use Kurotodon as my Mastodon client and I just hit the "Speech" button to see what it would do.
... I was not expecting that.
Urgh, I have a pounding headache... No, wait. That is just someone outside pounding something into the ground. Glad it's not me.
Sometimes I write something and I want to share it with the world right away. But I have to wait.
Also, my phone camera records really quiet audio. I know I don't have the loudest voice in the world, but I was sitting right in front of the thing.

Feeling hot and cold and achy. I guess this cold isn't going away any time soon.
Also, every item is given a value but I never saw anywhere I could sell it, nor anything I would use money for if I did. I guess it might just be a quick way of comparing the value of two items?
I played a game called Ebony Spire: Heresy today. It was a cake-walk until the last level, then I got complacent and was basically instakilled. It didn't grab me enough to make me want to play any more.
Maybe it's because the 1Gb update was for Dota 2, which is a Valve game so... wait, why do I even still have that thing installed? I haven't played in years.
Sometimes I don't understand how Steam prioritises downloads. It just decided to download a 1Gb update before a 512 byte update.
