I have a third pair waiting for me to unbox, so maybe the third time is the charm.

But! If it's not, I may need to send them back as well and just have to find a different brand.

I have the Sony WMX1000M4 ones, but they were having issues with one of the in ear sensors. Of course this happened after the warranty expanded... When I got sweaty ears, the headphones would keep switching it's "automatic detection" that checked if you were wearing them. The annoying thing was, even with that function turned off, it would keep beeping like crazy, going on and off and on and off.... It drove me mad! Especially since I need to use the headphones at the gym and during walkies....

So I got the Teufel Real Blue NC ones. They were pretty good for their price, so when I could, I treated myself to the Pro version, as they should be even better.... And they are! I just keep having these issues with the little lid and u-clip... 😔

So... Maybe I need to send them back and get a refund (depending on the third pair that I need to unbox). But if they're faulty as well... I was looking into another brand of ANC headphones. And all the tests say that the Sony WMX1000M5 are the best with ANC and all....

But I'm afraid that they'll get the same issue as the M4's have, with the sweaty ears and the sensor...

So, long story short: does anyone have any experience with the M5 ones, especially in sweaty environments like the gym? Do they hold up? Are they functional when the ears get sweaty in the inside? Please let me know, so I can make a good informed choice and maybe, finally, have good ANC headphones again.... 😊

Fankoos in advance for sharing your experiences. :BlahajHeadphones:
