Wen<p>The new alliance - Europe needs to get its (our) act together. On the negative, the breakdown will effect everyone negatively on both sides of the Atlantic, on the positive, Europe will be less dependent politically and technically.</p><p>But what appears incontorverisble is that both Trump and Puting wish to weaken Europe.
