Algernon D'AmmassaI was particularly annoyed to see a prominent <a href="https://journa.host/tags/NewMexico" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#NewMexico</a> newspaper mention the Morrison case and incorrectly describe hers as “a felony charge of murder,” which is not what “felony murder” is. It’s a simple error but we’re supposed to get these things right (<a href="https://journa.host/tags/journalism" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#journalism</a>) and when I pointed out the mistake via friendly backchannel they ignored it.
