Cindy SueRead Ribbon Skirt by Cameron Mukwa this morning. It is a middle grade graphic novel about a two spirit kid who has faced discrimination at school. They rekindle a friendship over the summer and make a ribbon skirt to wear to the local pow wow. It was a lighthearted book showing friendship and respect.
