Ei herunut lepoa tälle päivälle.</p><p>Jalat olivat eilisen juoksun jäljiltä vähän tönköt, mutta kyllä se homma lähti rullaamaan, kun sai jalat lämpimäksi. Saaste<p>Päivän juoksu tehty. Olisi pitänyt tehdä viikonlopun pitkä juoksu tänään, kun ilma oli niin hyvä. Huomiselle lupailee aika ankeaa keliä. Möh.</p><p>Garminin ohjelmassa on huomiselle 38 minuutin lenkki, mutta minä en sitä nyt noudata. Teen sen sijaan tehdä rauhallisen kolmen tunnin juoksun.</p><p>Viime viikon puolimaraton meni noin 2,5 tuntiin, joten jos piirtelisin kartalle suunnilleen 27 km reitin, niin siinä varmaan menee se kolme tuntia.
