Wow, so weird. My wife’s laptop (Windows 11) won’t push out any sounds UNLESS Zoom is open in the background! I feel rather validated cause her company’s IT group is stumped too. They’ve tried a ton of things. If Zoom in uninstalled, still no sound… So weird.

i have been encountering a weird audio issue, where the sound on the headset gets lower and lower in volume, until i hear a popping sound, like it just got plugged in, and it turns itself back to normal volume
this seems to happen more frequently when i turn the computer on, and this headset is so new i don't want to believe it has an issue... anyone has ideas?
and no drivers haven't changed in a while now
