I started the story, and I've already posted the first chapter. For now, this WIP has a working title. It might very well change in the future. ⸻Governor Tarkin has enough on his plate as it is. Times are rapidly changing, and the Empire is growing stronger as the days pass. A new Intelligence Officer is appointed to the governor's command, though, and one wonders how will the two get along. He has never made it a secret how he feels about Force-users, even if he hides behind pleasantries and the neutrality in his words. I agree, just in the last 6 months I’ve learned so much about the craft of writing and myself as a writer. What I’m doing now is so much better than what I did last year. I don’t regret publishing my first book, I needed to see how it felt. But now I want to take it back and “fix” it. Maybe best to leave it alone though, as THE FIRST.

LuciaGOne of my goals this year is to read more self published books, so respond here if you’ve got something I should read!I’m not a high fantasy, sword and sorcery fan. Ditto for Dune style sci-fi. I am awed at the skill required to write it but don’t enjoy reading it right now. I am currently enjoying magical realism, upbeat sci-fi, urban fantasy and HEA Romance. LuciaGNight eight is inspired by the Italian Christmas witch, La Befana. In it a grieving woman remembers her mother’s traditions. This story, according to my beta readers, is a tearjerker.
