Le Dialogue de François Demoulins, 1505 : un livre de conseils pour ne pas succomber au vice du jeu avec des images aidant à la compréhension du thème. De nombreuses allégories et un répertoire fabuleux - qu'on a envie de mettre en parallèle avec les mises en scène contemporaines !

Enluminure du f°2r, représentant les joueurs et les vices autour d'une table (et visiblement, un·e lecteur·rice a griffé le diable doré situé à droite)

I'm neither a lawyer nor historian but have been turned off by teachers in both disciplines.

That's why #allegories are always so alluring. They capture real human moral & political experiences, but from POV of fictional characters. Why not start a new genre of #legalAllegories that both kids and adults might find useful?
