@alxd I imagine it is hard because you have to imagine a world where we relate to one another differently. I wonder if PresevationAux would be different in that regard from Murderbot Diaries. their hab has a really big communal space from what I could gather.
Prime Suspect on #AppleTV is another example of a drama where the visuals got all the attention, while the script had no effort.
clunky dialogue and every character is a stereotype, the socially awkward maths genius, the exposition-spouting tour guide, and the ever-cycling Cambridge student. Also, how are we supposed to believe university lecturers live in fancy designer homes with multiple hectare gardens?
And a Maths genius who googles “prime number formula”!
I can’t decide what I think about the upcoming Murderbot Apple TV series based on the trailer. Having read it I have so many expectations. On the other hand, I showed my parents the trailer and they are both really interested in watching it now and mom asked if she can download it on her Kindle (we share family library because I pay for all her kindle books). #MurderBot #AppleTV #bookstodon

On #ios using an #iPad or #appletv or the #iphone I have very mixed results with #adblockplus and #adplockpro. On my iPhone using #safari I successfully blocked ads and Youtube's popup that tells you not to use ad blockers.
On my iPad the same plugins do not have the same reult. Neither on my Mac using safari. It's very strange. (2/5)

An aging and despondent spy master and his team of MI5 rejects confront new threats in a post Cold War world.
Oldman gleefully creates a quirky character with an endless supply of zingers.
But the show navigates mediocre and cliché plots, as if applying a le Carré filter to “24”: British, grounded, boring.
