Robin FrostHey <a href="https://dragonscave.space/tags/Blind" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Blind</a> friends on Mastodon I'm hoping some kind soul can help me verify if something is broken for everyone or just for me. I speak of the <a href="https://dragonscave.space/tags/YouTube" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#YouTube</a> app for <a href="https://dragonscave.space/tags/iOS" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#iOS</a>. I thought they'd fixed the player control that allows one to change playback speed of videos but sadly though I can now navigate to said speed control and hear it say, "one times" (using <a href="https://dragonscave.space/tags/VoiceOver" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#VoiceOver</a> of course)double tapping on it yields no results of any kind whether video is playing or paused. Is it broken for everyone or just me? Thanks in advance for any light you can shed on this for me.

Chase :ani_clubtwit:It’s taken me a few tries to get into <a href="https://iconfactory.world/@Iconfactory" class="u-url mention" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">@Iconfactory</a>’s Tapestry app, but I am quite enjoying it now. The gang on <a href="https://mastodon.social/@TWiT" class="u-url mention" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">@TWiT</a> love it so I thought I’d give it another go. Previously, I’d thought of it as a Mastodon/Bluesky combined app. Which it is… but it’s also more than that. It’s a bit more similar to <a href="https://indieapps.space/@feeeed" class="u-url mention" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">@feeeed</a> or Reeder, as you can add just about any feed you want to it. All I see now is 1X. When I go on the Youtube website on my PC, I can adjust playback speed just fine.

Keith DawsonLong shot, but does anybody know why: I listen to a podcast [*] via an external Bluetooth speaker from my iPhone while exercising. It's playing via streaming an MP3 in Safari. Often, not always, the sound simply stops after 5 minutes. I wake up the phone (with Safari front-most) and it starts again. This doesn't always happen. I have listened without interruption for 60 or 90 minutes many times. It may be happening more frequently (?). It only started recently (?). Is this Bluetooth? Safari? Something changed in iOS?
