I have just had a live “chat” with a customer service representative. After a quick exchange of pleasantries I presented my issue and they presented me with a verbatim paste of the supposed solution from their website.

After I explained that I had tried this already and it didn’t work, hence my contacting customer services, their response was “I have given you the answer. I will now close this chat.”

Oh ok bye then 😅

Est ce que ça vous ai déjà arrivé de jouer avec les nombreux paramètres du plugin, puis de ne plus savoir quelles étaient les valeurs par défaut ?

Si oui, quelle solution aimeriez-vous ?

Que les valeurs par défaut soient documentées?
Un bouton "reset" ? Si oui, doit-il tout réinitialiser, ou doit-il garder certains paramètres (comme les ports, notamment pour celleux qui host plusieurs Peertube sur une même instance...).

Metastream is underway: today, we'll dive deep into creating a Viewer Character for use in my further streams. In summary, idea is very similar to #StreamAvatars - little creatures spawn and roam around on the bottom of the screen, reminding of the viewers in chat.

But I have some nuances which I wish to cover with #GodotEngine. 👾 It's smooth animations, and physics, and #Peertube #LiveChat plugin support, and partial viewer authorization... Woah! More of that in the separate stream, but right now let's concentrate on the design part in #Inkscape.

#PeerTube just gets better and better - something the rest of the #Fediverse could really benefit from is observing how it leverages external technologies through its plugin network.

No longer just a #VoD platform, or a #Twitch replacement with native #LiveChat via plugins with all of the goodies one would expect, but now with #podcast support the raises the bar even higher...

And everything is easy peasy when integrating Fediverse OAUTH... more on that later ;)
