Trump: se le due parti non si accordano, abbandono le trattative.
A questo punto il parlamento ucraino non dovrebbe IMHO raytificare il memorandum. Tanto è chiaro che qualcuno sta giocando.

The hard reality is that you don't get to 88% of a trillion dollar military budget without Democrats being a part of the problem!
DNC, RNC? Its all the same when it comes to military funding.
