Richard JonesGetting my <a href="https://aus.social/tags/trails" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#trails</a> confidence back I ran a 42km <a href="https://aus.social/tags/trailrunning" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#trailrunning</a> loop around the Dandenong Ranges yesterday. Vert, altitude and technicality was less than the Razorback Run that I DNF'd, but it was good to really nail a <a href="https://aus.social/tags/run" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#run</a> of that distance (faster than I thought I would). Nutrition worked much better (still not perfect, but a significant improvement over Razorback) too.
