My grandfather recently gave me his turntable. It's a Sansui FR-D35. Automatic direct drive. And a Sansui cart with a SC-50 elliptical stylus! Works perfectly, just needed a deep clean. And after testing it, I think it sounds _better_ than my Audio-Technica AT-LP120X turntable! So I'm going to try using it for a while.

A black Sansui FR-D35 turntable with silver platter and black rubber slip mat. The curved tone arm is silver and has a Sansui cartridge with SC-50 stylus. Controls on are on the front rather than the top and include a button to select 33 or 45 speed, a dial to adjust the pitch, and a Stop button. The turntable is resting atop a white table.

#TheDarkSideoftheMoon is the eighth studio album by the English rock band Pink Floyd, released on 1 March 1973 by #CapitolRecords in the US and on 16 March 1973 by Harvest Records in the UK. Developed during live performances before recording began, it was conceived as a concept album that would focus on the pressures faced by the band during their arduous lifestyle, and also deal with the mental health problems of the former band member #SydBarrett, who had departed the group in 1968. New material was recorded in two sessions in 1972 and 1973 at EMI Studios (now Abbey Road Studios) in London.
