People recieve it to assist with day-to-day living. The matter of employment or not does not enter into it. Their justification for reducing PIP can only be to save the Treasury money</p><p>Also</p><p>38% of UC claimants are in work. Reducing their benefit can not be seen as motivation for employment because they are already working</p>
