I’ve picked up a #morningPages practice since #nanowrimo ended and it’s been super meditative and lovely.

For my nanowrimo project itself, I actually got a few scenes in and realized I didn’t like the thing I was trying to write, and my characters were in fact a lot more queer than I had even set them up to be.

Next year I need an outline ready and a regular writing habit I can key in on I think; I’m hoping the morning pages will help me create space for that in the meantime
