Waited an hour after asking to get the discard paperwork, this was after being told an hour previous that they were working on it.</p><p>Got back to my car to find a parking ticket on it...50$ for parking without a permit, despite being explicitly told to use their parking app, which accepted my money and didn't mention that the space I entered required a physical permit. Despite that it let me pay my 27$. Everyone I talked to was quick to pass responsibility onto someone else, especially the app, "it's third party" they said, as if that made it any better. This is the worst kind of corruption, laziness and spread responsibility. This I think is a lesson in the micro given what's happening on the macro level to:<br> - Treat ALL AGENTS of any SYSTEM as ADVERSARIES from the first, good faith is meaningless when they cite "those are the rules, not my fault", etc<br> - RECORD EVERY INTERACTION with the SYSTEM and its agents. If you don't bring reciepts, NO ONE WILL. Most states are single-party consent for recording as well.<br> - READ things CAREFULLY, even if it sucks. Accepting and actualizing this responsibility will help me grow as a person, a friend, and teach me the value of commitment and care; I will learn something of motherhood.</p><p>The situation is further complicated by the fact that she is someone who hurt me, but not without some responsibility on my part.
