DoomsdaysCWI've been on estrogen (MISERABLE), testosterone (TOO MUCH OF A GOOD THING), but found balance with pumpkin seeds (phyto-testosterone) and peanuts (phyto-estrogen). I am AFAB, and post-menopausal now (I wish I had known about estrogen blockers when I was younger), but had / have high levels of androgen naturally.
