The Long Dark is a fantastic, brutal, lonely winter survival game with both a huge sandbox mode and a gripping, long story mode. HughI'm thinking it might be time for a GPU upgrade. I'm on Linux, and hoping to avoid Nvidia. I'm wavering between a 7900XTX which is currently the top performing AMD GPU but from the previous generation, and the 9070XT which is the top model from the current generation but underperforms the 7900XTX. Should I be waiting for the next announcements from the current generation? Or just biting the bullet and going with Nvidia? MichaelWith all the excitement around the <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/oblivionremaster" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#oblivionremaster</a>, I'm thinking of loading up the GOTY edition from 2009 and playing through that one on my <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/steamdeck" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#steamdeck</a> instead of shelling out $50 for a new license. I already own the former and I think it will run much better on the deck, despite the remaster getting a verified tag.
