On a whim, we went out for a picnic. We ended up going up to Jolly's Lookout, then over Mt Nebo and up to Mt Glorious.

While at Westridge Outlook, I found some mossy rocks and interesting textures from a Grasstree trunk.

How much do we inherit from those that came before us? Have you talked to your mother or your father about some of that pain or those programmes in your brain that make sense sometimes and sometimes don't? Maybe sometimes we rationalise a package we received, carrying it on our backs and thinking it's our nature when we really we just took it on, not knowing we could shed the weight.

Hey Fediverse, pretty soon I'm going to be part of a #Wildsea #TTRPG group. The world of Wildsea is that of rampant plant growth with people riding around on treetops with chainsaw-esque ships, and there are a number of interesting character creation options. Notably #mushroom / #lichen people.
Which is where I'd like to ask all of you #funghi lovers out there for help with inspiration. I'm looking to play some happy-go-lucky mushroom person, with a big ol' cap that flops around like an oversized sun hat. Pictures/descriptions of mushrooms that fit the description would be awesome, info dumps are also very welcome as I'm still missing some key details for the character's "spark" so to say. If you know of anything else that you would like to share, even if it doesn't necessarily fit the above (I haven't forgotten about you #mosstodon ) please feel free.
