14K Run | 4 x 800m
During my second interval (or third; cannot remember) I felt as if my *upper body* muscles (shoulders / upper arms / upper chest perhaps also slightly) was filled with lactate. And here today we are talking after - say 1600/2400 meter hard running. Have you tried this too?
Anyways: Good session (but hard).
Also got a few new PBs; 400 meters and 1/2 mile. Didn’t see that coming
