It's the WAS Weekly Wednesday Star Party and with no Moon this evening, it's deep sky stuff and views of Mars and Jupiter. Westport Observatory<p>NASA's Europa Clipper made a flyby of Mars Saturday on its way to Jupiter. The spacecraft passed 550 miles above the surface at about 15.2 miles per second. The gravity assist tweaked the spacecraft's trajectory, setting up a flyby of Earth in December 2026. Westport Observatory<p>New England got a bit of a shake today 1/27 at 10:22 am as a 3.8 magnitude <a href="https://vmst.io/tags/earthquake" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>earthquake</span></a> off the coast of York Harbor, Maine was felt around Boston and Portland, ME.
