Jérémy GarniauxI'm trying to get the best viz of the ER diagram of a <a href="https://mapstodon.space/tags/postgresql" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#postgresql</a> db and I'm quite surprised by the lack of convenient tools. Both <a href="https://mapstodon.space/tags/dbeaver" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#dbeaver</a> and <a href="https://mapstodon.space/tags/pgadmin" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#pgadmin</a> integrated tools do the job but lack real advanced alignment or distribution features.The db contains more than 70 tables, with a central one connected to every other. I wish I could automatically get a "circled" graphical representation, with tables spread around the central one. Couldn't find a way to do that yet. Suggestions welcome!

I tried building it from scratch; but, it's a whole bunch of <a href="https://fosstodon.org/tags/javascript" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#javascript</a> node intimidating crap. Total rat-hole waste of time...I'll be giving DbGate & dBeaver a test drive this week to see if they work as <a href="https://fosstodon.org/tags/SQL" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#SQL</a> GUIs.pgadmin seems to release pretty regularly, so perhaps I'll get a 7.0 release in a week or so. *shrug*

David Martínez MartíI just did a stream about <a href="https://techhub.social/tags/postgresql" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#postgresql</a> and <a href="https://techhub.social/tags/pgadmin" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#pgadmin</a> and turns out that I forgot everything in just 6 years.
