DanielSmall update on my arch linux on MacBook experiment:Right now, I am running Gnome on Wayland and except of Wi-Fi (did not configure it on install properly like in the t2linux guides, need to do this later) and the internal keyboard during the LUKS password prompt everything seems to be working quiet fine.
