Wanted to re-stock on Covid tests after a conference.
Turns out that Kaiser Permanente’s online ordering portal, done through a vendor, is down due to a security certificate that expired on Aug 8.
I reported it to customer service who told me “While it can be challenging to provide a time frame for this fix, most issues can be resolved in 7 to 10 business days[…] However, in some cases we may require up to 30 business days or longer.” He then said go to the pharmacy.
