Am watching Coffee & Cigarettes for the first time. I would love to hear what people think about it. I'm trying to get into Jim Jarmusch and I think it's going well. what should I watch next? I've already done Stranger Than Paradise and think I've seen Broken Flowers (I've had head injuries & there are just parts of my life that are missing, that's another story). Is Paterson the right call?
I am on the Iggy Pop scene right now. I'm reminded of Iggy's turn on Pete & Pete. He's got the same kind of screen presence. Also I like Tom Waits the actor so much more than I like Tom Waits the musician.

I'm now watching the end credits and finding this Iggy Pop cover of 'Louie Louie' really enjoyable; am currently writing a character who has an obsession with cover songs. 'Louie Louie' is, of course, an absolute HEAVY as it comes to being covered. Thread incoming. It's gonna be the same song over and over, so feel free to ignore.
