The European Commission needs to do *better* than this on designating #NIICS. Same reason apparently #gmail has not been designated under the #DMA (which is *not* competition law; but gmail market share is a serious sign something is wrong in market fairness and contestability). And then of course there is the infamous EC acceptance of #Apple’s rebuttal of #iMessage designation

Can you use the MS Teams bridge to contact someone who has not opted into it? I suspect the answer is a resounding no at the moment. This *might* be ok if M$ also disabled messaging from "outside" users by default; currently you can get messages from any M$/Azure tenant (which can also be an infosec liability).
