day 6 (of 6) #dominical: the pinnacle of my trip .. my surfing lesson w oscar .. didn't hold high expectations but by the end of an hour on the water i was able to get up into a standing position and ride a wave into shore three different times .. satisfying .. and way more work than i thought it would be.

so, i decided to take a gamble .. i packed all my stuff up, checked out of the hostel, and took a brisk 40 min walk to the bus station to see if i could talk them into letting me in a bus at SOME point today (there are six or so that leave #sanjose for the #dominical area every day) .. when i got there, guess what i learned?
