I'm entering some #stormcasteternals into #goldendemon at #adepticon this year. These guys might get disqualified, I needed dudes with ranged weapons, so I gave #ageofsigmar guys some #40k weapons.
#WipWednesday - The latest progress on the Farstriders. Blacked out the underarmor and started laying metallics down on weapons. Got some washes down on capes and armor.
Fighting myself on what metallic hues to use on the crossbows. I liked the idea of the brown tin (axe model) but more silver-family tones seem they'll give better contrast against the golden armor (sword model).
This is the only Warhammer Age of Sigmar miniature I've painted. It's from last year, from one of the painting contests my local games store organizes from time to time.
It actually placed second and I scored an army painter wet palette as a prize!

My painting streak continues with some Age of Sigmar miniatures! I'm working on getting the spearhead from Skaventide finished for my Anvils of the Heldenhammer Stormcast Eternals. Probably about halfway there!
