@RogueAmoeba This seems to have fixed the sad and extremely annoying problem that I have been living with for years - the Mac audio cutting out and audibly glitching in #LogicProX approximately every 5-20 minutes, thereby ruining any recordings being made at the time of the glitch.

(Previously I thought I had a faulty cord, but no...)

There's a plug-in for #MusicProduction called Cerberus Ice9 auto mute. It's not officially available anymore and is already kind of outdated, but it works like a digital fuse that will "blow" when you go above peak level.

It goes on your stereo channel after everything else and maybe you can avoid overload blowouts that can permanently damage hearing!

Found this because Logic Pro kept overloading... but it should still work on most #DAW

Currently making a remix of “Bombs For Throwing At You” from Portal 2, over 50% complete. I’ll post it somewhere and link it in a new post.

I know it looks like a mess, and these images don’t show all of it but it does sound AMAZING.

It started with me seeing if I can play bits of the original song on the piano instrument and it expanded from there.

This was all done on a 2015 MacBook Air, turns out they aren’t still useful despite being dead to Apple…
