Next in line is the Black Knight (whose limbs were chopped off in the film, but are intact here). On the right is Sir Lancelot, with one half of the costume black and the other white.
Between and a bit behind them is a children's wagon, holding the chest which contained the Sacred Scriptures of the Book of Armaments (read in the film by Brother Maynard, which described how to use the Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch).

A letter sent between the producers of MONTY PYTHON AND THE HOLY GRAIL (1975) discussing cuts for the censor board.
I recently watched some "making of" videos on #MontyPythonAndTheHolyGrail and I was extremely disappointed to learn that the reason they used coconuts and not horses was budget, not, "we're #MontyPython so of course we did!"
*among other disappointing facts I've learned about them over the years...
