There was a vigil tonight in honour of the victims of the Filipino festival in Vancouver at Nathan Philips Square.

It was very emotional and a strong way to get the community together. We heard from two witness of the tragedy, it was.. hard to hear.

Olivia Chow also said a few words, stayed almost 2 hours and listened.

Toronto Maple Leafs ‘fans’ leaving the arena with nearly 3 mins left in the game is poetic and reflective of the fickle fanbase 😊

I’ve been hating on the Leafs for 20+yrs. I was tired of the inevitable disappointment year after year.
