trust the unraveling. some doors are closing because you were never meant to stay. in your interactions, choose softness over force. it has the power to open doors that strength alone cannot. some may close, and that's okay. trust that they weren't meant for you, and others, more aligned with your journey, will open. old ways won’t open new doors.

Sometimes I think about how many things had to go right for me to be where I am now.
Not everything was fair or easy—but each step, even the hard ones, opened something new. I don’t take that for granted. Growth doesn’t always look like progress from the outside. But I have a successful, loving wife, a 16-year-old son, an 8-year-old daughter, and a 3-year-old toddler.
In difficult times, I remind myself: I’m succeeding where it matters most. #Gratitude #GrowthMindset #Resilience #EverydayJoy

A fixed mindset whispers: "I can’t do this."

A growth mindset declares: "I can’t do this yet."

One holds you back. The other propels you forward.

Every challenge is a chance to grow—every effort is a step toward mastery. This week, trade "I’m not enough" for "I’m learning and growing."

Your mindset doesn’t just shape your actions; it builds your future. Choose growth.

Happy New Week, @dsnai Tech Tribe!

many of you enjoyed "Bertrand Russell’s Chicken". This is the 𝙨𝙚𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙙 𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙩 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙨𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙮. Russell’s parable of the chicken and Spencer Johnson’s Cheese story share a common lesson—life is unfair to those who don’t notice, deny and resist change. The cheese will move, and the farmer’s habits may change. The key to survival is not clinging to old realities but anticipating shifts and adapting quickly. Don’t take stability for granted—stay prepared, keep moving, and always look for new opportunities.

what you pour in other people's cups shall be poured into yours. energy moves in cycles. the kindness you give, the love you share, the support you offer — it all finds its way back to you. maybe not in the way you expect, maybe not right away, but the universe has a way of returning what you put out. and here’s the thing: giving and receiving must stay in balance. you can’t keep pouring into others while leaving yourself empty. you deserve the same care, love, and attention you so freely give.
