Critics of Trump's #EO say it could disenfranchise millions of would-be #voters, & exceeds his authority.

The EO instructs the independent Election Assistance Commission (#EAC) to change the mail #VoterRegistration form to require that applicants show a document proving US #citizenship before they can be registered to #vote.
