There are monsters around! With my luck re pests in my plant nursery this year (still fighting the fungus gnats infestation with SP nematodes, sea algae soaks, fans, UV "mosquito lamp" and lots and lots of sticky tape) this #CraneFly is most likely one of the #Tipulidae that are considered pests in Europe (is it Tipula paludosa?) as their larvae attack seedling roots and stems. Which is exactly what fungus gnat larvae were doing already so... [insert random profanities].

About photos, pardon the odd colours as this crane fly thought to rest under my full-spectrum LEDs on a chili plant and it's being illuminated by, well, all colours of the rainbow really.

If you want to start a wiki for a TV series, a videogame, or an open source project then Ibis is for you! You can register on an existing instance [https://ibis.wiki/explore] or install it on your own server [https://ibis.wiki/article/Setup_Instructions]. Then you can start editing on the topic of your choice, and connect to other Ibis instances for different topics. Federation ensures that articles get mirrored across many servers, and can be read even if the original instance goes down. Ibis is written in Rust and Webassembly, fully open source to make future enshittification impossible. — This release features a redesigned explore page [https://ibis.wiki/explore] to browse instances and recently edited articles. Articles now have federated, nested comments [https://ibis.wiki/article/Main_Page/discussion], as well as more subscription options to get notified about new edits and comments.
