Dear Workgroup Facilitator,

It was exceedingly difficult to get four hours blocked out from meeting conflicts for two months straight so that this mandated activity would have my undivided attention.

In what world would anyone conceive that sending a reschedule notification to a different weekday and time into already scheduled meetings' times would be acceptable?

In what world would anyone conceive doing so four minutes prior to the scheduled start would be a good look?

Do better.

XOXO,
Me

Have you monitored social media over the past 48h? You should. The community is outraged. If you don’t reverse this course of action immediately, publish a heartfelt apology to the community—the very people who fund your success—and genuinely commit to never again engaging in such a disgraceful act, your once-promising story will come to an end.

The choice is yours, but be assured, without the trust of your customers, you have no future.

Sinc.

Listen to your community and stop this attack on our printing workflows. Immediately. You claim this change is for security? Really? That’s absurd. Why on earth should a printer operating in LAN-only mode require this new authentication feature? Explain that. Let’s not kid ourselves; we all know the real reason: greed.

Dear Team at Bambu Lab,

You have just made one of the worst business decisions imaginable. I truly love my P1S and will keep it running for as long as possible rather than purchasing a printer from your eagerly anticipated next generation. I was convinced that your printers were the best products available and passionately recommended them to many people seeking advice. But as of today, that ends—most likely forever.
